Three Local Animal Shelters come together to promote Humane Pet Training

Have you heard what the Virginia Beach SPCA, Norfolk SPCA and Chesapeake Humane Society have joined together to bring to Hampton Roads?

Happy Paws!!  A Humane Pet Training Center!  

According to the VBSPCA's Newsletter:
